Design Process and Revisions
Our skilled craftsmen and designers rely on the brief you provide. To ensure we meet your expectations, please share as much detailed information as possible. The more precise your brief, the better we can bring your vision to life.
- Unlimited Free Revisions on Digital Draft You are entitled to unlimited revisions on the digital draft we share with you. Once you approve the digital draft, no further changes can be made. However, if necessary, you may contact our customer support team with your requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate any adjustments based on the situation.
- Ownership of Design You retain full ownership of any designs or logos you provide us. If our designer creates a logo, patch, trademark, or design for you, the final product will still belong to you. embroideredpatches.ie is not the owner of the patches or any designs shared with us by the client.
- Intellectual Property Responsibility is essential that the designs you submit do not belong to another company or violate copyright laws. If it is discovered that the design is not original or infringes on another company’s intellectual property, embroideredpatches.ie reserves the right to take legal action against the client.
Worldwide Production, Warehousing & International Shipping Policy:
Our company operates through multiple global production partners and warehousing facilities to ensure smooth processing and timely fulfillment.
Orders may be produced and/or shipped from any of our worldwide facilities depending on warehouse availability, stock levels, and production requirements. Once an order is approved, the assigned production or shipping location cannot be objected to or changed by the client.
If, due to warehouse availability, an order is shipped from a facility located outside the client’s country, it will be treated as an international shipment. In such cases:
- All shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are advised to review their country’s customs regulations to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
